| 01 FAQ Q1. How about your delivery time? A: Generally, it will take 28 to 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. Q2.Can I have the customized logo printed on the product? A: Yes, we could make customized logo printed as per customer's requirements. We have capability to use various different printing methods, including silk screen printing, pad printing, heat transfer printing, embroidery, laser, decal and etc. Q3.Can you accept OEM or ODM? A: Yes, OEM and ODM are welcome. We have the fully capability to customize normal design, shape and size as per customers' specific requirements, including openning the new mold. Q4. What's your payment term? A: We usually charge 30% deposit, and the rest 70% balance will be collected after mass production picture shared. Q5.How do you shipping products? A: We could ship your products by sea, air and express, including DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx and special line Q6. What is your terms of packing? Generally, we pack our goods in neutral boxes. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters. Q7. What is your payment term? T/T 30% as deposit, balance before shipment. Or L/C at sight. Q8. What is your terms of deliver? EXW, FOB, CIF. Q9. How about your delivery time? Most of our products are in stock. Our delivery time is one week for air order after receiving full payment, 3 weeks for Sea(Container) order after receiving 30% payment. Q10. What is your sample policy? We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost. Q11. How do you make our business long-term and good relationship?
